VW Controller, Virtual: When does a VTP, running in a TWAMP mesh, pick up and launch a container?

Answer

If the VTP is running in a TWAMP mesh The VTP will apply the RULE called "Setup and launch VTA on VTP" when the event fact phoneHome is true.
This rule should contain the container name and logistics to pull the image from the correct repository.
