Tech X Flex NG: Why am I get passing scores and the video and or sound is still showing as a issue?

It is posssible that the fluxuation in the packets coming being scored are bouncing at a rapid pace enoughto stay above the passing threshold for the MOS score. However looking at the graph, the pattern should be more of a linear line and not a ocean wave. An Ocean wave or intermittent wave could still indicate there is a problem coming in from the direction where you are testing.
