When DUT work as PCC, STC port work as PCE, only the first time it will work, the session will keep up.
If DUT do any configuration, reconnect the session, it will UP first, then become IDLE.
The reason is “Session Initiator” is not used in DUT test.
Please disable “Session Initiator” checkbox in PCEP test.
