TECH-X Flex: When power up the module do not have choice for DSL. Module powers up to the 10/100 menu. Why is there no DSL choice?

Environment/Versions

Tech-X Flex: All versions.

Answer

Reseat the DSL Module.

  • Power down the unit.
  • Lift the rubber tabs. Remove the screws and remove the module.
  • Reseat the module.  Restore the screws and rubber tabs.
  • Power up the unit.
  • If the DSL selection is still not available repeat process.
  • If after several attempts, the DSL selection still not available contact Spirent Support for additional assistance.
