TestCenter: In Results Reporter what is reason when I click File- Open -Results Database or Folder the window to browse the file is not launching/popping up?

Launch the Results Reporter
File -> Open
There won't be any window pops up to browse the Database

Answer

In one case the customer IT people were able to resolve the issue by deleting and recreating the local windows account
In another case customer installed new Java
