First thing is that you must have the PESQ in your option. Without this option, the system won't be able to run any PESQ test. Next thing is to configure PESQ in the CHANNELS --> PATH CONFIRM --> ADVANCED --> VOICE --> QOM --> PESQ. You also need to select the appropriate wave file for the test.
