The Echo Request timeout = <Echo request max attempts> * <Echo request gen freq> 

If no echo replies are received after this period, emulated device will send a terminate-request (to bring down the PPP layer) and PADT (to bring down the PPPoE layer)

So if the settings were as follows, the echo request timeout would be 90 seconds.
