Configure Wireshark preferences so to parce this particular "200 OK" message.

 Go to Preferences -> HTTP.  De-select (uncheck) the following:

“Reassemble HTTP headers spanning multiple TCP segments”

“Reassemble HTTP bodies spanning multiple TCP segments”

 
Then apply those settings and you should see Wireshark parse the message.
