When we use LSonSTC (mXP card) to run the test, the hardware measurement information is included in the "end-of-test" db file when the test completes.
For the "end-of-test" db file, you should find this in the Test Results page, e.g."xx_xx_RID-02_TS0_TC0.stcdata.db". It is under the user of sms in the Test Results. You will have to save the file locally and then access it with the TAS Results Manager.
