In SIP protocol development, users may add parameters from the system. However, these parameters MUST be part of the message. If not, they won't be added to the actual message. For example, there is no Request Line in a response message (1XX) to an Invite request. If users want to add a parameter relating to Request Line, the parameter will not show up in the response to be sent.
