find out the ip address of the controller, you need to open a terminal session on Studio Performance VM, use command “ifconfig” to show the information. Record the ip address of eth0: 10.40.60.48.
using web browser to open your appliance, after log on, click the sub-label under “system” tab. Find “scale settings” area, check “Run as Node”, put the ip address we got in step into “controller ip address” field. Do remember to click apply.
Open the studio performance again on the VM, now click “player”, you can do start to do you scale test or audit test. You may need to refer the help document to know more about the test configuration.
