When you try to connect E2010S using eAirAccess, you will see connection failed message in eAirAccess message GUI, double click it, you will see LS connection error.
One possible reason for this happen is the landslide version is not compatible with the version eAirAccess request.
You should go to C:\Program Files\Spirent Communications\SR3600 to update the required firmware version of SR3620.
