The available results in Avalanche for ToS/Diffserv are located in the Summary results.
These results will only show the number of packets that contain a ToS/Diffserv different from zero in the IP header :
non-zero TOS
The total number of packets containing a Type of Service (ToS)/DiffServ value in the IP header.
for both clients and servers.
This is a high level analysis and not a layer 2-3 analysis like Spirent Test Center would do. For more detailed results according to different ToS/Diffserv, it's better to use STC.
