When upgrading the Spirent Test Center to a new version of firmware the cards still show the old version of software. This is a known issue - if the Card does not upgrade, you will need to physically move them to a new slot on the chassis - this will force the controller to upgrade the card - the card will automatically update and after 20-30 minutes be available for testing
Follow these steps:
Power down the chassis
Remove the cards and swap positions in the chassis
