I am running a Spirent TestCenter chassis. When I try to add the chassis it gives an error that states unable to connect. What could be the problem?

Answer

Possible firmware issue with chassis / card.  Please check: 

1) check chassis firmware matches with the application version
2) when adding the chassis, go to Administration, select the Spirent TestCenter chassis to add chassis and reserve ports
