If you are directly connected to the SmartBits console port you are already logged in as Admin user by default.
If you are using Telnet to get to the chassis you will be asked for a Login: enter "login" at this prompt and this will log you in as Admin.
From here you can login as SuperUser by entering "SU" and the password is "SMB-6000" and is case sensitive.
The console configuration is 38,400 8-N-1 and no flow control.
