Error opening port ‘telnet localhost 23’
Document Servers are unable to get logged into TIRKS because the machine can’t telnet to itself.
Check the number of telnet session allowed on the machine. System may have exceeded max. Try to determined the rate and speed at which these telnet processes are being spawned
